The Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Zakho, Prof. Dr. Huger Taher Tawfiq, participated in the Ostor symposium for remote historical studies held today, Saturday, by the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies, entitled "Trends in Historical Writing in Iraq Today".

The doctor participated in the second session of the symposium with research in which he talked about the reality of Iraq, the historical contexts, the division and the grievance of the Kurdish people, as well as the methods used in codifying history in Iraq.
